For Bella Alubo, music has always been the goal. She started recording in a small town in Jos, Nigeria where she independently released 2 EP’s ‘Bella:The EP’ and ‘Bella 2.0: Lucid Dreaming’. She got signed in 2017, and has evolved musically since then.
After the release of her joint project ‘Late Night Vibrations’, in January with top musician Ycee, gained wide acceptance home and away, Bella Alubo has gone on to inspire many with her style, interest in women’s rights and also feature on a few records.
The pop star is finally giving fans much awaited new music, with the release of “AIYA”, leading up to the release of her third solo EP “re-BELLA”, which drops on Friday, December 7th.
The track-list shows interesting collaborations with other African acts such as Sho Madjozi (South Africa), Victoria Kimani (Kenya), Efya (Ghana) and BOJ (Nigeria). The EP is now available for pre-order on iTunes.
Produced & Engineered by Syn X, AIYA is a smooth and adventurous pop single which has Bella Alubo talk about her ordeal with a love interest.
